Unlike other platforms, we don’t hide our fees. We take a flat 10% commission on the item price — no listing fees, no monthly subs. Sellers set and manage their own postage and fulfilment. 

What You need to Know

• UK-based only for now: We currently only accept applications from makers and artists based in the UK
• 10% commission on the item price only (postage is excluded).
• Payment processing fees are charged by our payment provider (Stripe) and are deducted from the seller’s payout.
• Each listing shows the price for one item. They need to be handmade (and this excludes candles, beauty products or food items). With small batches of identical pieces these can be listed too. But you will need to state the number available. This means buyers will purchase them individually and you’ll pay the service fee on each sale.
• Pre-approval required: all applications are reviewed to ensure authenticity and that sellers meet our handmade standards
• Hand-crafted only: Items must be physically made, significantly transformed, or hand-finished by you. We do not accept reselling, mass-produced giftware, or third-party print-on-demand services (e.g., bulk-printed mugs/t-shirts, etc)
• Packaging: Sellers are responsible for packing, postage and resolving delivery issues. Mark orders as dispatched and add tracking where available.
• Payouts are processed 7 days after the order is completed.
