Unlike other platforms, we don’t hide our fees. We take a flat 10%—that covers Stripe, our platform, and your peace of mind. No listing fees, no monthly subs.

What You need to Know

• 10% selling fee in total on each transaction
• Each listing shows the price for one item. They need to be handmade (and this excludes candles, beauty products or food items). With small batches of identical pieces these can be listed too. But you will need to state the number available. This means buyers will purchase them individually and you’ll pay the service fee on each sale.
• Pre-approval required: all applications are reviewed to ensure authenticity and that sellers meet our handmade standards
• Hand-crafted only: Items must be physically made, significantly transformed, or hand-finished by you. We do not accept reselling, mass-produced giftware, or third-party print-on-demand services (e.g., bulk-printed mugs/t-shirts)
• Payments are processed [7 days] after your order is completed to ensure a smooth experience for both you and the buyer.
